Excellence in childcare
Our philosophy is simple: we believe that the physical and emotional well-being of the child is paramount and that young children learn through play.
Early Years Childcare was founded in Hove in 1989 to create a nursery with the highest possible standards of quality and care. The result was a great success and we have grown steadily over the years along with our reputation.
We now have over 1,000 children in our care and employ more than 350 staff in our nursery group.
Our nurseries are open from 8am (7.30am at Greenwich) until 6pm every working day of the year. We offer a choice of full or part time sessions, mornings or afternoons and our fees are fully inclusive of all meals, drinks, nappies, craft materials and those little things that often get forgotten like sun block and we even offer a laundry service, making life simpler for you.
Our dedicated Quality and Development team ensure that exceptionally high standards are maintained throughout the Company. This applies to every aspect of our care including security, staffing, Health & Safety and curriculum provision.
Qualified and caring
We strongly believe that our staff are our most valuable resource and notably we are an ‘Investors in People’ accredited employer. We recognise that the key to achieving a high quality service is through the careful selection of individuals who share our philosophy, who are passionate about childcare and aspire to develop within the company.
The number of qualified staff employed meets and exceeds OFSTED requirements and all have the required police and referencing checks.
We carry internal quality practise reviews. These mechanisms ensure that the standard of care we provide in all our nurseries go beyond those required by Government.
Choosing childcare is a major and sometimes difficult and emotional decision for parents. We invite all prospective parents to look around our excellent nurseries, meet our staff and see them at work with the children; you will understand why so many parents recommend us.
